These pages list pre-construction projects — condos, townhomes, semi-detached and detached homes — currently available from builders across Milton, Mississauga and Oakville. Pricing shown is the builder’s own starting price, from its price list or website, at the time it was recorded; the lists don’t show a date for each project. Prices, incentives, deposit structures and availability change without notice and are not guaranteed — always confirm current details before making a decision.
Email consent
If you tick the optional email box before unlocking a project list, you agree to receive occasional emails about new and updated pre-construction projects from Farhan Amdani (Samiullah), REALTOR®, Century 21 Property Zone Realty Inc., Brokerage, 25 Van Kirk Dr, Unit 1, Brampton, ON L7A 1A4, 416 800 0680, s.farhan@century21.ca. Your name, phone number and email are used to follow up about the projects you’ve asked to see and, if you ticked the email box, to send the emails above. They are never sold, and never given to builders, other agents or anyone else for their own marketing. They do pass through the companies that host this website and deliver Farhan’s email, and may be used with the AI assistant in Farhan’s client records. The Privacy Policy names each one and explains how to ask for access, correction or removal.
