How I work
I lead with the number you may not want to hear, not the one that gets me the signature. If a home is worth less than hoped, or a free evaluation ends with me saying this is not the right moment to sell, that is the answer — said before you have told your family you are moving, not after. I show the reasoning behind a price, not just the number, because reasoning you cannot see is not reasoning, it is an opinion with a licence attached.
I work the markets I actually know street by street — Milton, Oakville, Mississauga, Burlington and the GTA beyond them — and I will tell you plainly when a request falls outside that, rather than take it on and learn on your file. I am a REALTOR®, not a lawyer, a mortgage broker or a home inspector, and I will tell you who to actually ask when a question is theirs to answer, not mine.
