Where Willmott is
Willmott is one of the communities TRREB uses to report Milton’s MLS® sales. A local real estate team’s neighbourhood guide (not an official source) draws it between Derry Road to the north and Louis St. Laurent Avenue to the south, from the CN rail line east to Regional Road 25 (the guide calls it Hwy 25).
The Town planned it as part of the Sherwood Survey. The survey’s land-use schedule from November 2005 already runs the plan area south to Louis St. Laurent, with a CN rail line west of Bronte Street and Regional Road 25 along the east edge. St. Benedict Catholic Elementary School opened here in September 2014, and by 2019 the Town described the Sherwood Survey as largely built out.
The Catholic board’s 2026–27 boundary for St. Benedict is a handy way to picture it: Derry Road to the north, Regional Road 25 to the east, Louis St. Laurent to the south, and a western edge just past Asleton Boulevard.
Homes and recent sales
Townhouses lead the resale market here. In TRREB’s report for April to June 2026, 23 of Willmott’s 38 sales were attached or row townhouses, against 9 detached houses, 5 condo apartments and 1 semi. New listings leaned the same way: 53 of the quarter’s 83 were townhouses.
With that mix, the overall median for the quarter was $820,000, while the nine detached sales had a median of $1,043K. If you are comparing a Willmott townhouse, compare it with other townhouses, not with the neighbourhood average.

Schools
School assignment goes by street address, and both boards have redrawn boundaries in parts of Milton recently. Before you rely on any school below, check the exact address with the HDSB’s Find Local School tool and the HCDSB’s Find Your School tool.
St. Benedict Catholic Elementary School (80 McLaughlin Ave) opened in September 2014 and offers French Immersion. It belongs to the St. Francis Xavier family of schools; St. Francis Xavier Catholic Secondary School is at 1145 Bronte St S, just south of Louis St. Laurent, and its 2026–27 boundary takes in this area.
On the public side, the HDSB’s approved Option 6a map divides this band between Anne J. MacArthur Public School (820 Farmstead Dr), which offers English from Kindergarten, French Immersion from Grade 2 and special education programs, and Boyne Public School (1110 Farmstead Dr), just south of Louis St. Laurent. Elsie MacGill Secondary School is at 1410 Bronte St S. Which secondary school a particular address feeds into is a question for the board’s tool.
Parks, recreation and the hospital
Milton District Hospital (725 Bronte St S) and the Milton Sports Centre (605 Santa Maria Blvd) are both in this block. The Sports Centre has a lap pool and a play pool, four ice pads, a double gym, an elevated indoor walking and jogging track and a fitness studio. It is home to the Milton Springers Gymnastics Club and the Milton Skating Club, and the Milton Youth Space, a supervised drop-in for 13- to 18-year-olds, shares the address.
Further along Santa Maria Boulevard, Milton Community Park (805) has soccer and ball fields, basketball, a playground, a splash pad, walking trails, lighting, washrooms and bleachers, and the volunteer-run Milton Tennis Club (800) has eight lit hard courts from May to September.
Smaller parks: Willmott Neighbourhood Park on Asleton Boulevard has a playground, soccer, a shelter and bleachers, and Sunny Mount Park (255 Ruhl Dr) has an off-leash dog park, a splash pad, basketball, a playground and a community garden. For groceries, there is a Sobeys at 1035 Bronte St S.
Getting around
Milton Transit Route 8, named Willmott, runs from Milton GO along Thompson Road South and Derry Road, then on Santa Maria Boulevard, McLaughlin Avenue, Farmstead Drive, Louis St. Laurent Avenue and Bronte Street South. Route 3 also runs along Louis St. Laurent, with a timed stop at Bronte Street South. Every Milton Transit route starts and ends at Milton GO Station (780 Main St E), the western end of GO’s Milton line, which has free parking.
By car, Regional Road 25 meets Highway 401 at Exit 320 to the north and Highway 407 at Exit 13 to the south (signed Regional Road 25/Bronte Road, in Oakville). Derry Road reaches the 407 at Exit 31 on the Milton–Mississauga boundary.
